Creating a Motivating Environment

What do you think when the students feel dizzy with the task? Do you think they are not smart? Or the task is too difficult for them?
What will you do when the students ask you to explain more about the task because they do not understand about the question?
I thought the teachers often face those condition because based on my experiences in SEP I faced many students were fast to say “It was difficult miss?” actually in that situation I wanted to challenge them by the task. However the students spend much time to finish their task. Sometimes I was confused to provide challenging task because the teacher have already arrange the time in lesson plan. Based on my experiences I do not provide many activities in the class but I just provide one activity that is interesting and challenging.
The teacher and students have to build good environment like good communication or interaction in the classroom because class will run well if the teacher and the students work together to get learning objectives. The teacher have to manage and arrange the class because if the teacher cannot handle it, the students will be confused about the time and we can imagine that the situation will be bad because there is no arrangement before. The teacher and students have to provide secure condition in the class because if there are some students feel not secure in the class they will ignore whatever happens in the class and maybe they will be funnier when they do not involve the activity like ignorance.
To get success in learning the teacher has to develop learner self-efficacy. Success does not mean the students get a good score but the students can achieve their achievement based on their level. As a great teacher we cannot force our students to get 90 in the test because some students have different level and background. We only provide clear instruction and explanation for the students, so they can learn and achieve it. Learning is not about result. We cannot judge our students are bad, good, smart or stupid based on their final result because learning is a process. Hence we have to respect the process itself. We also cannot force our students to avoid the mistake because making mistakes is a part of learning process.
